What we collect

When you request a Free Hardh Pass we collect: your email address, your country of residence, and technical campaign data (UTM parameters, Google click identifier, page URL, timestamp). If you fill in the optional second step, we also collect: first name, number of people, means of travel, days of attendance, accommodation need.

Why we use it

To send you your pass and festival information, to estimate how many visitors to expect and from where, and to measure which advertising campaigns bring visitors. Legal basis: your consent.

Cookies and measurement

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion measurement and the Meta Pixel. Until you accept the cookie banner, these tools run without storing identifying cookies (Google Consent Mode v2). You can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

How long we keep it

Pass data is kept until 31 December 2026 and then deleted, unless you asked to stay on our mailing list.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe — just email info@hardhfest.com and we will act within 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is processed by our email and hosting providers only, for the purposes above.
